1. Use of the Site

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account and order information and to promptly update your details if they change.

2. Products, Pricing, and Availability

  • All descriptions, images, nutritional details, and prices of food items, beverages, and specials (including authentic street food, fusion items, lassis, and shakes) are subject to change at any time without notice.
  • We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, ingredients, and features of our products. However, we do not guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the actual food items.
  • All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will attempt to contact you using the details provided to substitute or refund the applicable amount.

3. Orders, Payments, and Cancellations

  • Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline it for any reason.
  • Pricing Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
  • Cancellations: Due to the perishable nature of freshly prepared food items, orders cannot typically be cancelled once preparation has begun. Please contact the restaurant directly as soon as possible if modification or cancellation is needed.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, functionality (including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software), and underlying architecture are owned by Junction Food and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any content from our Site without our express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Junction Food, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
